A very good place to stay at the phuket. Good rooms and excellent services. Dood is delicious. Pool is vety good. Location is excellent and close to beach amd market. The bangla road is very close. Middle of the happening place.Over all good place to stay.

The staff’s treatment is excellent, the calmness, the proximity to markets, events, the beach, various restaurants and cafes, the cleanliness is very good. The massage at the hotel is excellent, clean, and the prices are reasonable.I will visit again

The hotel has a central location, walking distance to all of Patong’s main attractions. My check in experience was smooth and the friendly staff recognized me as a returning customer from 4 years ago. The pool is one of the largest in a hotel resort and it is well maintained. I had a very spacious room with a balcony and a gorgeous view of the pool. Overall, I had an excellent stay and I look forward to returning here on my next stay.

Only one welcome drink was given to despite my request for 2. Reason given by the manager was company policy to give one if room is single occupancy. I have always been given 2 even though I stayed alone. Housekeeping needs improvements. Cups and glasses were not washed. Food at Premier Club needs improvement and alcoholic drinks would be appreciated. I have been to many Premier Clubs which are very much better than this one. Only plus point was Ms Lou was very helpful.
